This is a full-cycle recruiting position focused on recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and placing candidates into skilled and high-level manufacturing positions. The ideal candidate is a reliable, motivated go-getter who is comfortable networking, developing new relationships, marketing recruiting services, and negotiating offers that work in the best interest of both the candidate and business.

POSITION – Skilled Manufacturing Recruiter

COMPANY – SEEK Careers & Staffing

LOCATION – Grafton, WI

STARTING DATE – Ideally within the next 30 days

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time

WORK HOURS – 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

STARTING SALARY – $50,000+ Base Salary, Plus Commission on All Placements

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through placement
• Recruit and interview candidates for skilled and high-level manufacturing positions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Market recruiting services and SEEK Careers & Staffing within the community
• Participate in community events, networking opportunities, and local business activities
• Source, screen, interview, onboard, and place qualified candidates
• Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and identify the right talent
• Negotiate offers and compensation while balancing the needs of both the candidate and the company
• Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the placement process
• Build a strong network of skilled manufacturing professionals
• Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships and develop new business

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous recruiting, staffing, sales, manufacturing, or related experience preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, outgoing, and comfortable building professional relationships
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a go-getter mentality
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable making calls, networking, marketing, and actively developing relationships
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• Professionalism and discretion when working with candidates and clients
• A demonstrated history of good work longevity and commitment to previous employers
• Willingness to become knowledgeable about skilled manufacturing positions, companies, and the local labor market
