Position – Aluminum Welder

Job Location – Germantown, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-To-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (5:30am-3:30pm, Mondays-Thursdays)

Starting Pay – $22-$26/Hour

Required Experience – Minimum 2 years experience is required.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Set up welding machine

• Weld in a variety of positions

• Use hand tools and power tools including grinders, drills, rivet guns and rotation wire brushes

• Produce high quality work in a safe and timely manner

• Communicate with coworkers between processes to maintain flow of work

• Adhere to safety standards and company policies

• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications:

• 1+ Years of experience welding thin-wall aluminum

• MIG and spray arc welding experience preferred but not required

• Dependable transportation

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.; team lift products weighing over 50 lbs.

• Able to write; able to read printed and written instructions

• Able to stand for long periods of time

• Strong attention to detail

Ability to work overtime depending on schedule and workload
