POSITION – Assembly

JOB LOCATION – Mequon, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 2nd shift

STARTING PAY – $17.75/hr

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 9 Months of assembly of experience with one company

As an assembler, you’ll not only be responsible for assembling a variety of components, you’ll also perform first piece inspections, document progress and prepare all finished units for shipment.

Responsibilities

- Assemble all components properly following established procedures and utilizing blueprints

- Visually inspect parts for chips, burrs, cleanliness, broken tooling and defective paint

- Document all customer names, all heat and lot numbers such as rubber products, friction material, part counts, material codes and shipping part numbers

Qualifications

- Must be able to operate various machines (riveter, air ratchets, testers and presses) simultaneously

- Must have the ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions (blueprints)

- Must display comprehensive understanding of part defects, as well as assembly practices
