About the Role:

We’re on the hunt for a Brake Press Operator who knows their way around a press brake and takes pride in clean, accurate work. You’ll be forming and bending sheet metal to exact specifications, working from blueprints, and ensuring every part meets quality standards — no exceptions.

What You'll Do:

✔ Read and interpret blueprints/spec sheets to understand technical requirements

✔ Set up and operate a computer-controlled press brake machine

✔ Position and align metal properly inside the press brake

✔ Monitor the bending process and adjust as needed

✔ Measure, inspect, and verify final pieces match job specifications

✔ Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during production

✔ Perform routine machine maintenance to keep things running smoothly

✔ Follow all safety standards and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

🔧 2+ year of brake press experience preferred

🔩 Solid background in metal forming and fabrication

🧠 Strong blueprint reading and mechanical aptitude

🏭 Prior experience in a job shop or machine shop setting

💪 Someone who’s precise, reliable, and takes pride in doing it right the first time
