Position – Brake Press Set up Operator

Job Location – Oakdale MN

Employment Term – Direct Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (8am – 5pm)

Starting Pay – $25hr-$31 DOE

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – at least 1 year Brake Press set up

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Prepare and run complex bend setups and forming operations.
• Programming using all features of the press brake software.
• Read and understand shop drawings and translate flat pattern sheet metal parts into fully formed parts.
• Perform operator level maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Facilitate work-order paper flow.
• Check parts to ensure they are within tolerance.

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum one year of related press brake experience. 
• High School, GED, or equivalent diploma or education completed. 

Preferred 

• One year working inside a custom fabrication shop.
• Experience working with a Commercial Kitchen supplies company.
