We’re hiring Utility Advocates to join our team and provide essential case management services to low-income energy consumers. This role goes beyond paperwork – you’ll be advocating, assisting, and empowering individuals and families in your community.

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Assist low-income households with energy assistance applications.
• Provide case management services to help consumers access resources.
• Conduct outreach to connect with those in need.
• Make group presentations at community-based organizations.
• Once hired on, perform home visits for homebound individuals.
• Maintain accurate case files and reports.
• Work in a collaborative, team-driven environment with opportunities for growth.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (courses in business, social work, or related fields a plus!).
• Two years of experience in interviewing, financial data collection, or social services-related work.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Computer and internet fluency with 95% accuracy in data entry.
• Flexibility to work some evenings or Saturdays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required for home visits.
