Position – Construction Manager.

Job Location – Sheboygan, WI.

Starting Date – ASAP.

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift.

Starting Pay – $65,000/year-85,000/year.

Required Education – College Degree preferred.

Required Experience – At least 3 years of experience.

Maintain contact with customers, estimators, contractors, and administrative staff. Ensure project deadlines and quality expectations and adherence to project scope.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, schedule, and quality standards.

- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.

- Identify and manage project risks.

- Ensure work complies with applicable regulations, codes, and standards.

- Monitor project progress and maintain weekly logs, while communicating status to appropriate parties.

- Close out projects including final inspections, punch lists, and warranty work.

Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license.

- Excellent customer service and professionalism.

- Ability to gain required certifications.

- Ability to be a part of rotating on-call schedule.

- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft products, PSA, Encircle, and Luxor.
