Customer Care Specialist – Weekend Flex Schedule
This role focuses on delivering timely, accurate, professional, and fun service! You'll thrive in a high-energy environment, solving problems and multitasking across multiple sales channels. Job Location – Menomonie, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Part-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – Weekend – Pick your Shifts (Fri, Sat, Sun) Min of 12 hours, Max of 39. Hours based off needs. Remote work might be available after 90 days.
Starting Pay – Starting at $15.50 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience – Customer service experience highly preferred
As a Customer Care team member, you'll collaborate with internal teams to meet company goals while providing exceptional, professional service to customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll address inquiries, resolve issues, manage orders, and cross-sell products, all while ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience. Additionally, you'll coordinate with Production, IT, and carriers on order-related tasks, assist with marketing projects, and handle returns according to policies.
Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries about orders, shipping, pricing, and returns.
- Stay updated on product lines, prices, delivery times, and promotions.
- Coordinate with Production teams on order issues and updates.
- Support marketing projects such as product page updates and photos.
