POSITION – Data/Administrative Analyst

JOB LOCATION – Grafton, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temporary (1-2 months)

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) –  1st Shift 7am-4pm

STARTING PAY – $23-25 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 2 years of experience

Responsibilities

- Enter and analyze incoming data and reports

-Utilize various ERP programs including JobBoss and Workwise

-Verify reports for accuracy and generate spreadsheets

-Perform various administrative duties including order entry, data processing, and filing

-Coordinate various business functions

-Monitor supply chain reports to ensure production deadlines are met

-Reconcile financial reports

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and evaluate data
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP programs
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
• Experience with administrative tasks such as order entry, data processing, and filing
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional business operations
• Familiarity with supply chain processes and production timelines
• Basic understanding of financial documents and reconciliation procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmen
