Job Title: Warehouse Driver (CDL not required)

This company offers over 12,000 products for distribution to grocery stores, convenience stores, casinos, smoke shops, and bars/ taverns. Our Menomonie campus consists of about 30 employees, including warehouse pickers and stockers, drivers, sales representatives, and support departments such as human resources, operations, accounting, and purchasing. Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Tuesdays Fridays. During holiday weeks, you will have the day of the holiday off and be scheduled to work a non-holiday Saturday.

Location: Menomonie, WI 54751

Wage: Starting at $20/ hour

Benefits: Medical and dental insurance available to full-time employees. Basic life, AD&D, and Short-Term Disability insurance 100% paid for by the company after the full-time employee’s first 90 days of employment. Retirement plan eligible after first 90 days of employment for full-time employees

Primary duties:

1. Deliver products and verify cigarette counts with customers in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner.
2. Pick up, verify, and return vendor products when needed.
3. Keep company vehicles clean and in good working condition.
4. Notify supervisor when vehicle abnormalities occur.
5. Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.
6. Representing the company, conduct all face-to-face interactions with customers in a friendly, competent, and professional manner.
7. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

1. Basic reading, writing, and math skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Must be able to bend and lift at least 65 lbs., be able to move 150 lbs. on a dolly up and down a ramp.
3. Must have a valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record. CDL not required, but a plus.
4. Must be 21 years old, as a requirement to cross state lines.
5. Must be responsible, dependable.
6. Must be able to work independently within a team-oriented environment.
