We're hiring a Tractor (Diesel) Technician to join our dynamic and experienced crew! This is a 2nd shift opportunity with a flexible start time that works around your life. If you have strong diagnostic skills, diesel experience, and a passion for keeping heavy-duty vehicles in peak condition, we want to hear from you.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair diesel tractors and heavy-duty vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance and full component replacements
• Conduct annual vehicle inspections and complete all DOT-required documentation
• Use diagnostic tools (laptops, gauges, handhelds) to troubleshoot and repair
• Accurately complete repair orders, PM schedules, and inventory forms
• Interpret schematics and follow detailed instructions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment

🛠️ Technical Skills & Experience:

• Battery & electrical systems
• Tire repair and replacement
• Air and foundation brake systems
• Steering, suspension, and drivetrain components
• HVAC and ABS diagnostics and repairs
• Use of diagnostic software and test equipment
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions

✅ Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a diesel or heavy vehicle technician (REQUIRED)
• Technical training or diesel certification preferred
• Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on mechanical tasks
• Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
