We're seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team and help us build some of the finest pieces in the industry. In this hands-on role, you'll play a vital part in our manufacturing process, operating CNC machines and contributing across various departments.

Location: Menomonee Falls, WI 53051

Pay: $22-$24 DOE

What you'll do:

• CNC Machining: Set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathes, mills and turning centers.
• Manual Machining: Utilize small engine lathes for turning wood and other materials.
• Quality Control: Inspect parts for accuracy and identify any defects.
• Sanding & Finishing: Operate belt sanders to achieve a smooth, consistent finish on cues.
• Assembly: Glue components, assemble rings and parts, and ensure meticulous attention to detail.
• Inventory Management: Maintain proper stock levels to keep production flowing smoothly.
• Adaptability: Be willing to learn new skills and contribute across different departments (Finishing & Assembly).
• Attention to Detail: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict housekeeping standards.

We're looking for someone with:

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating CNC machines
• Experience and familiarity with manual lathes and belt sanders.
• A strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and a commitment to high-quality work.
• The ability to read and interpret specifications, set up fixtures, and change tools effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills to maintain efficient production flow.
• The desire to learn new skills and contribute across different departments.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality control.
