Job Duties:

• Repair and modify mobile storage units as needed.
• Perform cleaning, maintenance, and modifications following company safety standards.
• Ensure equipment meets cleanliness and quality standards.
• Operate equipment safely and in compliance with company policies.
• Complete tasks like flooring, tile installation, framing, painting, electrical, and plumbing.
• Prepare and submit resume and interview times to Mike for review and scheduling.

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• General construction knowledge and experience with repairs (floors, roofs, walls, etc.).
• Familiarity with mobile office electrical hookup.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs frequently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Pay Rate: $24.50 per hour
