Focus Factory Associate – 1st Shift

Location: Somerset, WI
Pay: $17.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Job Summary:
 This position supports daily manufacturing operations within a fully automated Focus Factory environment. Associates are responsible for monitoring and maintaining machines, performing visual inspections, and ensuring smooth production while meeting safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor, operate, and maintain fully automated production equipment
• Troubleshoot and fix minor machine issues as the first responder; escalate to maintenance as needed
• Perform visual inspections and quality checks
• Load and feed materials into machines as required
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all procedures

Qualifications:

• Must be mechanically inclined and comfortable troubleshooting equipment
• Manufacturing or automated equipment experience preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail

Physical / Work Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 35–50 lbs
• Gowning required from head to toe
