POSITION – General Labor | Warehouse Associate

JOB LOCATION – Schofield, Wisconsin

STARTING DATE – Immediately

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temporary, Temp-to-Hire, Long-Term

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1^st shift (8:00am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri)

STARTING PAY – $20.00 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED preferred

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for inspecting pallets, building pallets, including but not limited to loading product into a trailer by hand, plus cleaning duties as well as maintaining a safe working atmosphere by following the Company Safety Polices. Mainly will be assisting on repacking orders that come in and helping with labeling.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect pallets
• Empty trash cans and plastic wrap bins, bail plastic wrap
• Load the trailer with product including palletizing by hand
• Recycle green banding
• Clean underneath racking, run the floor sweeper/scrubber
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Ability to work alone and with others under busy conditions
• Prepared to work in ambient temperatures, average of 50-70 degrees
• Basic reading, communication, and math skills
• Must be dependable and reliable
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently and to lift, bend, twist, push, pull, and carry throughout your shift
