General Laborer - First Shift - Watertown, WI

POSITION – General Laborer

JOB LOCATION – Watertown, WI

STARTING DATE – Interview w/ Client & start as soon as TOMORROW!

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (6:00am – 4:30pm)

Work Experience – At least 2 years.

STARTING PAY – $16-$20/hr (D.O.E)

Responsibilities

- Feed raw material into production machinery

- Assemble goods on production floor

- Monitor the production process

- Carry out basic quality and testing checks

- Handle inventory and perform inventory counts and cycle checks

- Store good and raw materials properly in facility

- Use lifting equipment (hand carts, pallet jacks, jib cranes) to safely move materials

Qualifications

- Qualified individuals will be fluent with a tape measure and/or have some shear work experience or a hunger to learn new things

- High School diploma/GED required

- 2 or more year’s experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing setting preferred

- Strong work ethic and organizational skills

- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

- Capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
