Position – Human Resources Coordinator
Job Location – Eau Claire, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Direct Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – Days (8-5)
Starting Pay – $50k/year (Depends on Experience)

Required Education – Associate/Bachelor Degree in HR or similar field
Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience
In this role, you will oversee a broad range of HR responsibilities, from managing payroll and benefits to supporting employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding efforts. As an integral part of our organization, you will work closely with employees and leadership to foster a positive, productive, and supportive workplace. This role also requires strong administrative skills to manage personnel records, assist with office duties, and ensure our HR practices run smoothly and efficiently. This position is for a non-profit, faith-based organization.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll and administer employee benefits
- Maintain confidential personnel files and ensure compliance with HR regulations
- Address employee questions and concerns, fostering a positive, values-based work environment
- Lead new hire onboarding, including orientation and initial training, to ensure a smooth transition.
- Manage recruitment with strategies to attract mission-aligned talent.
Qualifications
- Associate/Bachelor Degree in HR or similar field
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to represent a Christian organization
- Willing to review and sign a faith-based mission statement
