Machine Operator – Multiple Openings

📍 Location: Milwaukee, WI

💰 Pay: Based on experience

⏰ Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift – Two schedule options: 4 ten-hour days or 5 eight-hour days
• 2nd Shift – Full-time schedule

We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our production team. In this role, you will operate and monitor machinery, ensure quality standards are met, and help maintain a safe, efficient, and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor machines to produce parts or products according to specifications
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
• Identify and troubleshoot machine issues, making adjustments or contacting maintenance when needed
• Follow production cards or work orders to complete tasks accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area and equipment, using tools such as water hoses and power sprayers
• Communicate with supervisors and team members about issues or improvements
• Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading as needed
• Perform basic machine maintenance and report issues to appropriate personnel

Requirements:

• Prior experience operating machinery preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Comfortable standing for most of the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Willingness to work as part of a team and maintain excellent attendance
