We are partnering with a company in River Falls, WI, who is looking for a Warehouse Machine Operator/Process Technician to join their growing company. If you have a background in mechanics, troubleshooting equipment, and operating machinery, this is your chance to be part of a cutting-edge team!
Position – Machine Operator
Job Location – River Falls, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (5am-1:30pm, Mon-Fri) 2nd shift (1:30pm - 10:00pm)
Starting Pay – $20+/hour Depending on Experience and shift

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED, 2 year degree preferred
Required Experience – Previous experience in plastics manufacturing, previous experience in extrusion is a plus
The Operator is responsible for effectively operating and maintaining manufacturing tools and equipment and assisting other areas of operations when needed.
Responsibilities
Operate plant equipment effectively
Ability to start, operate and shut down and clean compounding lines and axillary equipment.
Set up and prepare materials, equipment, and paperwork for processing
Comply with all quality standards
Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and operating issues
Comply with all safety and housekeeping policies
Load and unload trucks as necessary
Operate forklift and other powered equipment
Report incidents, safety concerns, and equipment issues to supervisor
Any and all other duties assigned

Operate material handling equipment – forklifts, pallet jacks etc.
Be able to lift heavy items on a regular basis, up to 50 lbs.
Bending, twisting, climbing and overhead work as needed.

Work self directed as needed
Strong organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
