Maintenance

Oversee remodel of the facility and continue growth. Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance, ensuring both are in optimal condition for employees and visitors.

Environment Term: Temp to Hire

Work Hours (Shift): 1st shift

Starting Pay: $20-$25/Hour

Required Education: H.S Diploma or GED

Required Experience: Minimum of one year related experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry and repairing equipment.

• Inspect building to identify maintenance issues and crate plans for addressing them.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, pluming and HVAC system to ensure functionality.

• Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and resolve potential safety hazards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-year related experience is required.

• Valid WI drivers license is a requirement.

• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot motors and pumps is needed.
