We’re looking for a Maintenance Tech who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty, think fast, and tackle mechanical challenges head-on. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, know your way around a toolbox, and take pride in keeping production humming—you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform a wide range of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs on production and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot issues and make critical repairs to minimize downtime
• Handle both emergency and scheduled maintenance with confidence
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and test systems to ensure optimal performance
• Use hand and power tools, meters, and material handling equipment like a pro
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
• Detect faulty operations and defective materials before they become problems
• Perform regular preventative maintenance to keep everything running like clockwork
• Work overtime as needed—because machines don’t always break 9 to 5

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Tech or similar role
• Solid mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
• Comfortable working independently and owning your tasks
• Great attitude, strong work ethic, and a results-driven mindset
• Good communication skills—written and verbal
• Physically fit, dexterous, and not afraid of a little sweat
• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school training is a plus
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Reliable, consistent attendance is a must
