POSITION – Manual Machinist | CNC Machining

JOB LOCATION – Eau Claire, Wisconsin

STARTING DATE – Immediately

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (8am-4pm, Monday-Friday)

STARTING PAY – $18.00/hr or more depending on experience

BENEFITS – Paid vacation time, paid holidays, tool allowance, footwear allowance, Simple IRA plan, quarterly bonus potential

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School diploma, GED or Equivalent required

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Minimum of 4 years of manual machining/CNC machining experience

Responsibilities

• Manual machining including operating mills, lathes, drill press, band saws and surface grinders
• CNC Lathe work
• CNC Swiss Machining
• Cleaning up after using machines
• Safe operating of forklifts

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 4 years of manual/CNC machining experience
• Must be able to operate both mills and lathes manual and CNC
• Proficient with reading and modifying blue prints
• Must be able to supply personal hand tools and standard measuring tools
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs.
• Have the ability to work and be efficient with little supervision
• Good attitude and ability to work and communicate with others
