Position – Manufacturing Associate

Job Location – Richfield, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 12 Hour Days/Nights (2-2-3 Schedule)

Starting Pay – $17.50-$19.00/Hour

Working in the freeze dry facility with pet food products in a temperature controlled environment (40–45 degrees).

Job Duties:

Removing pet food trays from dispensers

Handling and sifting product to ensure even distribution on trays for proper drying

Placing trays onto racks on the drying line

Material handling using manual hand trucks or pallet jacks

Moving racks into drying modules

Hand sorting product as needed

Following GMP and food safety guidelines at all times

Work Environment:

Cold environment (40–45 degrees)

In and out of freezer areas (winter jacket and hat recommended)

Clean, team-oriented production setting

Physical Requirements:

Lift trays up to 25 lbs

Standing and walking the entire shift

Repetitive hand and arm movements

Physical, fast-paced work environment

Training:

6–8 hour orientation provided

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred but not required

Ability to work a 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule

Comfortable working in cold temperatures

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and GMP standards

Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude
