Position – Manufacturing Fab Associate
Job Location – Eau Claire, WI
Starting Date – Immediate
Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire
Employment Type – Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (5:00am – 3:30pm, Mon-Thurs)
Starting Pay – Depends on Experience

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED or equivalent needed
Required Experience – At least 1 year experience in manufacturing setting preferred
The Manufacturing Fab Associate supports production operations by performing various tasks related to the assembly, finishing, and inspection of components. Responsibilities include working with machinery, handling materials, ensuring quality standards, and meeting production goals. This role requires attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain machinery, including polishing, deburring, and fabricating metal components, to meet production demands.
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate assembly and manufacturing.
- Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring conformance to specifications, and report any defects or issues.
- Assist with training new employees on production processes, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety regulations and housekeeping standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- One year of experience in a precision manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Basic math skills, including the ability to measure and calculate dimensions accurately.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds frequently, with prolonged standing and manual dexterity required.
