Position – Assistant Operator

Job Location - Menasha, WI

Starting Date - Immediate

Employment Term - Regular, Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type - Full-Time

Work Hours – 1nd shift, 4am-12pm M-Thur

Starting Pay - $16 an hour

Benefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

Required Education – HSED or equivalent

Required Experience – Warehouse work experience some kind of machine operating or mechanical aptitude a plus

Within the Operating Assistant position responsibilities will entail continuous lifting of 23 pounds all day. Within this role will also require assisting in Machine operating once trained.

Responsibilities

Lift product and palletizing 23 pounds

Assisting the Machine operator

Maintaining a clean work environment

Qualifications

Some machine operating experience

Mechanical aptitidue

Able to consistently lift 23 pounds all day

Great attendance

Team player attitude.
