Packaging/Palletizer

Position – Packaging/Palletizing

Job Location – Oshkosh, WI     

Starting Date – ASAP

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full time

Work Hours (Shift) – Day and Night shifts available – 12 hour shifts

Starting Pay – $23 per hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 2 solid years of experience in manufacturing

As a packager/palletizer, you are the final line of quality for our customers. You will support the setup and operation of machines that fold, glue, and window-film custom cartons.

Responsibilities

·        Quality Assurance: Perform consistent checks to ensure cartons meet strict customer specifications.

·        Packaging: Efficiently place finished cartons into shipping containers.

·        Palletizing: Secure and stack completed boxes onto pallets for shipment.

 Qualifications

• Reliability: You show up ready to work and support your crew.
• Detail-Oriented: You can spot a defect or a measurement error quickly.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for the duration of a 12-hour shift and perform repetitive lifting/packing tasks.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and Sundays when production demands increase.
• Must have solid work history and prior experience in manufacturing
