Seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Assistant to join the team! This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the production of our high-quality products while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a collaborative environment.

Position – Packaging & Labeling

Job Location – Eau Claire, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (Mon-Fri, 8:00am – 4:30pm)

Starting Pay – $17/Hour

As a Production Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining cleanliness and order in the facility, assisting with the production process, and supporting various tasks as needed. The team provides cross-functional training to help you grow your skills and advance within the company.

Responsibilities

- Assist infilling, packaging, and labeling products according to the production schedule.

- Participate in cross-functional training for skill development.

- Assist with occasional facility maintenance tasks like painting and moving materials.

Qualifications 

- Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and reliability

- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members

- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

- Basic knowledge of safety protocols in a production environment (training will be provided).
