Job Title: Packaging Specialist

Location: Woodville, WI 

Shift: Mon – Thurs (6:00 am – 3:00 pm), Fri (6:00 am – 12:00 pm) 

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable Packaging Specialist to operate equipment and ensure high-quality product output in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on accuracy, machine efficiency, and maintaining a "Just In Time" workflow to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Set up and operate packaging machinery, including adjusting heat, dwell, and cycle settings for blisters and cards.
• Quality Control: Perform visual inspections to ensure all parts are sealed tight with clear, readable printing.
• Inventory & Records: Pull Kanban cards at reorder points, mark boxes correctly, and enter production quantities into the system.
• Maintenance: Keep equipment clean and perform routine preventive maintenance on the blister line.
• Teamwork: Maintain a professional "can-do" attitude and communicate effectively with supervisors and press operators.

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Physical Demands: This is primarily a standing position requiring great dexterity; must be able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Reliability: Excellent attendance and reliable/independent transportation are required.
• Technical Skills: Strong math aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret measuring tools.
• Adaptability: Willingness to perform other tasks as assigned and improve setup/run times.
