Parts Clerk – Full-Time

💰 Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour

🕗 Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Parts Clerk to join our team in Rosemount, MN. This role is essential in managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring accurate stock levels for our operation. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, computer proficiency, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Receiving & Stocking Parts – Verify deliveries against purchase orders, inspect quality, and store parts properly.

🔹 Inventory Management – Maintain accurate stock records, perform cycle counts, and update inventory levels.

🔹 Order Processing – Fulfill parts requests, locate items in stock, and prepare orders for pickup or delivery.

🔹 Part Identification & Lookup – Use catalogs and systems to find correct part numbers and specifications.

🔹 Reordering Parts – Monitor inventory levels and place purchase orders as needed.

🔹 Customer Service – Assist customers with inquiries, provide price quotes, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.

🔹 Data Entry – Keep detailed records of part details, customer requests, and order statuses.

🔹 Organizing Storage Area – Maintain a clean, well-organized, and labeled parts storage area.

What You Bring:

✔ Attention to Detail – Accurately track and manage parts inventory.

✔ Computer Proficiency – Experience with inventory management software and parts lookup systems.

✔ Organizational Skills – Efficiently store and retrieve parts.

✔ Basic Mechanical Knowledge – Understanding of parts and their functions (preferred).

✔ Customer Service Skills – Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
