POSITION – Payroll Clerk
JOB LOCATION – Green Bay, WI
STARTING DATE – ASAP
EMPLOYMENT TERM – DIRECT HIRE
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift
STARTING PAY – Based on experience

REQUIRED EDUCATION – Associate’s Degree in Accounting
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – 2+ years

Background Profile:

• Process payroll across multiple states
• Maintain accurate payroll and employee records
• Complete annual payroll and tax reporting
• Conduct payroll audits
• Reconcile discrepancies
• Assist other departments as needed
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of payroll tax reporting
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Experience using payroll software such as QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex, or Acumatica
• Bonus: Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
