The Production Technician is responsible for mold set ups, label and color changes, troubleshooting and process monitoring to product plastic molded parts that meet customer specifications. Responsibility includes ensuring production and safety requirements are met and maintained.

Duties will include:

Perform mold changes, insert changes and assist with material changes as needed.

Verify and change colorant per work order.

Verify and change in-mold labels per work order.

Set up auxiliary equipment needed.

Set up workstations for work flow.

Complete Molding Start Up Shutdown.

Clean the machine & return all components to proper location.

HS Diploma or equivalency or higher.

3-5 yrs related experiences and/or training.

Mathematical Skills.

Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications.
