We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our team. As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for applying powder coating to metal surfaces using various techniques to achieve a durable and high-quality finish. The Powder Coater will be expected to operate equipment such as spray guns and ovens to ensure proper application and curing of the powder coating.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare metal surfaces for powder coating by cleaning and pre-treating them

- Apply powder coating using spray guns in a consistent and precise manner

- Monitor the curing process in ovens and adjust settings as needed

- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning and maintaining equipment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Powder Coater or similar role

- Knowledge of different types of powder coatings and application techniques

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently

- Strong attention to detail and quality

- Good physical stamina and dexterity
