Position –  Process Technician

Job Location –  Baldwin, WI 

Work Hours (Shift) – 

• 12-hour day or night rotating shifts (7:00am - 7:30pm or 7:00pm - 7:30am) 
• 12 hour Wknd PM (7:00pm - 7:30am) Fri - Sun
• 3rd shift (11:00pm - 7:30am) Mon - Fri

Starting Pay –  $21.06 - $36.47/hour

Job Description: Using precise processes and tools to set-up molds in a variety of machines.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Using precise processes and tools to set-up molds in a variety of machines. Without your high standards in setting up our molds, our machines won’t run correctly or efficiently.
• Using our software to view job requirements, print work orders, and view the production schedule
• Learning and memorizing the molding cycle
• Performing preventive maintenance on the molds.
• Following and applying all safety rules. We want you to be safe!
• Troubleshooting basic equipment failures
• Performing Water Main Shutoff and Electrical Power Down/Power Up procedures when needed
• Performing preventive maintenance on the molds.
• Preparing equipment for upcoming work orders
• Responding to machine alarms in a timely manner
• Reporting any irregularities (such as high scrap rates) to the Team Lead or Lead Tech

Qualifications

*required

• High school diploma or equivalent*
• Basic communication and mathematical skills*
• Nice to have: Training or education in fields such as hydraulics, electronics, or mechanics, six months of experience in the plastics industry, prior experience in an FDA or ISO environment
