POSITION – Food Production

JOB LOCATION – Saukville, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) –  1st Shift (6:00am – 3:00pm)

STARTING PAY – $19+ per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Prior experience is not needed

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare ingredients for production according to recipes and guidelines provided.

2. Open and pour cheese ingredients into hoppers and other machinery for blending.

3. Monitor production processes to ensure quality and consistency of food products.

4. Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

5. Assist in packaging and labeling finished products for distribution.

6. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

7.Train and learn how to operate forklift

Qualifications:

- Ability to work in a warm environment

-Must have excellent attendance and past job history

-Willingness to train and advance with the company

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects (50lbs) repetitively.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

- Basic knowledge of food safety standards and procedures, but training will be provided.
