Position: Production Supervisor

Job Location: Germantown, WI

Start Date: Immediate

Employment Type: Direct-Hire

Work Hours (Shift): 1st Shift, 8am-4:30pm

Starting Pay: $70,000/year

Required Experience: 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment; experience in equipment assembly or metal fabrication is preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Drive daily production operations ensuring efficiency, quality and safety.

- Lead, coach and empower a team of skilled production employees.

- Monitor schedules and workflows - keep projects moving and customers happy.

- Tackle production issues head-on and implement smart solutions.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of production leadership experience in manufacturing.

- Background in assembly or metal fabrication.

- Strong communication, organizational and team building skills.
