Production Supervisor

2nd shift schedule - 4-10's from 3pm-1am

The selected candidate must have CNC Swiss Machining Center experience.

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Production Manager to join our team. The Manufacturing Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring that manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently. As a Manufacturing Production Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with various departments to ensure production goals are met within budget and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

2. Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines.

3. Supervise a team of production workers and provide guidance and support as needed.

4. Collaborate with the quality control department to ensure that products meet company standards.

5. Manage inventory levels to ensure production continuity.

6. Analyze production data and create reports for upper management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience in a manufacturing production management role.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.

- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices.
