1st Shift Injection Process Supervisor

Previous lead or supervisory skills in the plastics industry with injection mold machining skills required to apply.

Cincinnati Milacron presses with CAM Virtual Gibbs programming.

Company manufactures for both long and short runs with tight tolerances.

Solid troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with employees at all skill level will make you the preferred candidate.

Mechanical mindset with a good understanding of molding plastic.

Monitor & insure press utilization and productivity.

People skills & ensure the effective use of personnel.

Monitor and work to reduce scrap levels.

Ensure efficient use of raw materials including regrinding

Work on cycle time improvement programs.

Maintain clean and safe shop.

Work with Maintenance to ensure equipment in good repair.

Other machines in use include Milling machines, EDM stations, surface finishers, inspection equipment and Optical CMM.
