POSITION – Production Support

JOB LOCATION – New Richmond, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st shift, 6"00am to 3:30pm Monday - Thursday, 6am to 10:30 on Friday

STARTING PAY – $19.00

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing and Assembly: The operator is responsible for producing foam and vacuum-formed parts that meet company standards.
• Operating Equipment: The role involves running machines at different levels based on training and experience.
• Following Procedures: All work must comply with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
• Material Handling & Maintenance: Operators may need to request materials from the warehouse and assist with equipment maintenance.
• Quality Control & Documentation: The operator must check for accuracy before starting work, complete required forms, and ensure paperwork is properly handled.
• Training & Cross-Training: New employees may be trained by experienced operators, and cross-training on multiple machines is expected.

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• At least six months of related manufacturing experience.
