We are seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join our team. The Production Technician will be responsible for assisting in the production process, ensuring that all equipment is properly set up and maintained, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise during production. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

POSITION – Production Support Technician

JOB LOCATION – Mequon, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) –  1st Shift 12 hour rotating (6am-6:30pm)

STARTING PAY – $21-23 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 2 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

• . Set up and operate production equipment according to established procedures.
• Assist with Mold Changes, insert cleaning and material changes as needed
• Verify and change in-mold labels per work order
• Assist the Production Technician
• Clean magnets on presses
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance on production equipment to prevent breakdowns and downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and work with maintenance team to resolve any technical problems.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for tracking purposes.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a production environment preferred

- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time

- Excellent communication and teamwork/leadership skills
