Job Title: Quality Control Technician

Location: Roseville, MN

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Range: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Control Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is critical in ensuring that all products meet defined quality standards before reaching our customers. The technician will perform inspections, document findings, and work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to maintain high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-process and final inspections of manufactured parts and assemblies.
• Perform dimensional checks using standard measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.).
• Verify compliance with specifications, drawings, and work instructions.
• Record inspection results accurately and maintain appropriate documentation.
• Identify, document, and report non-conformances; assist in root cause analysis.
• Communicate effectively with production personnel and supervisors regarding quality issues.
• Assist with calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in quality control or inspection in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and GD&T preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and basic quality systems.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
