POSITION – Receptionist

JOB LOCATION – Rosendale, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (7:30am-4:00pm)

STARTING PAY – $20.00 per hour

BENEFITS – Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, Referral Bonus

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Previous experience preferred

Responsibilities:

- Answering phones on a multi-line phone system / taking messages

- General Data entry duties

- Assist customers and greet them

- Create contracts

- Other duties as needed

Qualifications:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (word & excel)

- Prior experience is preferred but not required

- Excellent attendance record

- Positive attitude

-Organizational skills and attention to detail
