JOB LOCATION – Port Washington, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct Hire
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift (on-site)
STARTING PAY – $40,000-50,000

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 2 years of experience
As a Retail Portal Admin, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, providing them with information about our products and services. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that all customer needs are met and that sales goals are achieved. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
In this role, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and helping to drive business growth. The Sales Support Associate will need to be proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently to solve problems and provide excellent customer service. This position is perfect for someone who is looking to start a career in sales and wants to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-·Direct Communication with Retailers to obtain required documentation.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing sales reports
·-Assist the Retail Managers with new retail customer portal set-up and submission.
-Assist Retail Project Management to draft documents and specifications to meet retail customer requirements.
- Assist with Managing Pre-Product as well as Post-Product testing requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree or 2+ years in retail sales support or similar role.
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or customer service role
-Knowledge of retail environment, ideally grocery or drugstore channels is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of sales principles and practices
-Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with information
