We are seeking an experienced Robotic Welding Operator to join our team. The Robotic Welding Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining robotic welding equipment to ensure the production of high-quality welds. As a Robotic Welding Operator, you will work closely with engineers and production staff to meet project deadlines and quality standards.

POSITION – Welder I/Robotic Welding

JOB LOCATION – Grafton, WI

STARTING DATE – Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Temp-to-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) –  1st Shift (5am-3pm)

STARTING PAY – $19-21 per hour

REQUIRED EDUCATION – High School Diploma/GED

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – At least 1 year of experience

Key Responsibilities:

1. Set up and program robotic welding equipment according to job specifications.

2. Operate robotic welding machines to perform welding tasks with precision and accuracy.

3. Monitor the welding process and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality welds.

4. Conduct regular maintenance on robotic welding equipment to keep it in optimal working condition.

5. Inspect finished welds to verify they meet quality standards and make any necessary repairs.

6. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Robotic or Spot Welding Operator or similar role.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

- Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
