POSITION – Siding & Roofing Installer 

JOB LOCATION – Washington County, WI

STARTING DATE – ASAP

EMPLOYMENT TERM – Direct-Hire

EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full-Time

WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 1st Shift

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Minimum 1 year of roofing, siding or exterior remodeling experience is required.

In this role you'll work on a variety of residential exterior projects including siding, roofing, windows and doors - no repetitive factory work, just hands on projects you can take pride in. Enjoy consistent hours, local job sites and a team that respects your experience. 

Responsibilities

• Install and repair vinyl siding, roofing systems, windows and exterior doors.
• Assist with tear-offs, installations and finishing work.
• Load, transport and organize materials on job sites.
• Safely operate hand and power tools. 
• Follow company installation standards and quality expectations. 

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of roofing, siding or exterior remodeling experience. 
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Wisconsin driver’s license required with no more than 3 moving violations over the last 2 years.
• Reliable, hard working and team oriented.
