- Working side by side on a multi-station assembly line
- Assembling small brake parts with screws, springs, and precision
- Using hand tools like a pro
- Reading blueprints to put everything together just right
- Keeping a steady rhythm in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Ability to use hand tools 🛠️
✔️ Experience reading blueprints (bonus points!) 📏
✔️ Great attention to detail 👀
✔️ Comfortable with repetitive tasks – you’ll be a brake-building machine! ⚙️
✔️ Ability to work with small parts – tiny but mighty! 🔩
