Small Parts Assembler

💰 Pay: $16.00/hour during temp-to-hire period

Do you enjoy hands-on work and have an eye for detail? We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our assembly team, working with small parts to create high-quality products.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assemble small parts using screws, springs, and other components
• Use hand tools and small power tools safely and effectively
• Read and follow written assembly instructions or blueprints
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Prepare completed products for shipping with proper documentation
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to use hand tools and follow instructions
• Comfortable working with small parts and performing repetitive tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior assembly experience a plus, but not required
