As a 2nd shift Machine Shop Team Lead, you will run your own machine while assisting your team members to achieve their goals. Provide leadership in your department(s) and associated operations, including machine shop, quality, and shipping. Knowledge of various types of CNC and manual machines is necessary. The ability to maintain employee and workplace safety, to train and to lead are essential as a team leader.
