Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and perform maintenance on commercial trailers
• Rebuild and repair trailer walls, ceilings, and floors
• Complete safety inspections and all DOT-required documentation
• Diagnose and repair braking systems, wheel seals, and electrical systems
• Perform welding, fabrication, and structural repairs
• Accurately complete repair orders, maintenance logs, and inventory forms
• Reference service manuals, diagrams, and bulletins as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical background
• Welding and fabrication skills required
• Ability to diagnose and repair trailer electrical systems
• Must furnish your own hand tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with DOT safety standards preferred
