Job Title: Utility Worker

Location: Rosemount, MN

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
• Weekend Part-Time: Saturday & Sunday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour (DOE)

Higher pay possible for highly qualified candidates.

Position Summary:

We are seeking reliable, hardworking Utility Workers to support daily operations at our facility in Rosemount, MN. This hands-on role is critical in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and basic operational support in various areas of the plant. Ideal candidates are self-starters, safety-conscious, and ready to jump in wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning and organizing tasks in the plant, shop, and plant grounds
• Clean and maintain mobile equipment (forklifts, loaders, etc.)
• Assist Plant Operators and Maintenance Mechanics with daily tasks and basic repairs
• Process incoming material on the receiving dock, ensuring accurate handling and documentation
• Maintain and restock supplies in work and break areas
• Safely use hand tools and basic equipment for minor facility repairs
• Support waste handling and proper material disposal practices
• Conduct safety checks, report hazards, and follow all safety procedures
• Assist in seasonal tasks such as snow removal, landscaping, or pressure washing
• Complete other tasks as assigned, based on skill level and department needs

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior industrial or general labor experience strongly preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team
• Forklift or skid steer experience a plus (but not required)
