Customer Service Representative

Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Baldwin, WI | Training in Eau Claire for 2 days total

We are a fast-paced durable medical equipment company providing oxygen, CPAP machines and supplies, wheelchairs, hospital beds, and more to our customers. We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

This role is much more than answering phones. You will be responsible for:

• Answering and routing calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Assisting customers in our showroom
• Taking, processing, and completing orders accurately
• Managing incoming and outgoing documentation
• Communicating with doctors, families, insurance representatives, and other parties via phone, email, and fax
• Performing accurate data entry and multitasking in a fast-paced environment

We are looking for someone who is:

• Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated
• Highly organized and detail-focused
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• A team player with strong communication skills
• Experienced in medical or insurance processes (preferred but not required)

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
