POSITION – Customer Service
JOB LOCATION – Grafton, WI
STARTING DATE – Immediate
EMPLOYMENT TERM – 6 month contract, potential to be hired on as well.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE – Full Time
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
STARTING PAY – $21-23 per hour, based on experience

REQUIRED EDUCATION – Bachelor's Degree is preferred
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE – Strong understanding of ERP, Oracle, and MS suite.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to all incoming customer emails and calls. You will be assisting with processing orders, pricing, and other similar duties.
Responsibilities
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, office or call center environment.
Experience with Oracle or other ERP software is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on delivering positive customer experiences.
Ability to type at least 45 WPM with accuracy and efficiency in data entry and order processing.
Comfortable navigating multiple systems and screens simultaneously, with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented and highly accurate, especially when handling customer information, documentation, and follow-ups.
Dependable and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
